Want to exhibit at the Algeria Mobile Summit 2027? From 27 to 30 January 2027, Hall A at the Palais des Expositions SAFEX in Algiers welcomes 200 expected exhibitors and 40,000 expected visitors around one subject: mobile. The exhibitor guide sets out six steps. Here they are, in order, up to doors opening on 27 January at 10:00.
Step 1: size your space
How much space do you need? On the floor plan, stands range from 9 to 49 m², with larger spaces on request. Think about what you want to show: a reception counter and a few products, or a demo area where visitors handle your devices.
- Shell scheme stand: walls, carpet, sign, power socket, lighting, table, chairs and reception desk. You arrive, you exhibit.
- Space only: floor space and power connection, to build a stand that looks like your brand.
Step 2: choose your location
Contact the team to choose your spot on the floor plan. Hall A is organised into four villages: SmartLife for the public, SmartWork for business, Global for infrastructure and Tech for startups. Pick the one where your audience is. The interactive Hall A floor plan shows every stand with its number, size and village; one click adds it to your request.
Step 3: send your participation request
Fill in the request online on the Exhibit page: company, business activity, brands, products, contact person, trade register and tax numbers, package, stand numbers and catalogue options. The team calls you back to confirm the location and sends your pro forma invoice. Taking part means accepting the show's general rules, which cover admission, safety and cancellation.
Step 4: confirm your location with a deposit
A 30% deposit on your pro forma invoice confirms your location. Until it is paid, the location is not guaranteed, so don't wait for the most popular villages. The balance is due by 17 January 2027 at the latest.
Step 5: prepare your visibility
Send your logos for the show's signage and communication. If you ordered an ad in the official catalogue, get it ready now: printed in 5,000 A5 copies, it includes the programme, the exhibitor list and ads, and will also be downloadable from the website. Artwork is due in source format by 31 December 2026.
Step 6: follow the show's progress
Until opening day, the organiser publishes news and flashes on the programme, speakers and practical details. Stand build-up starts on 23 January 2027. On Wednesday 27 January at 10:00 the doors open; during opening hours, 10:00 to 18:00, products stay uncovered and the stand stays staffed until closing. Security outside opening hours is provided by the organiser. After closing on Saturday 30 January, you have 24 hours to dismantle.
